Sigma will announce the new lens next week on May 16! It’s coming for both Sony E and Leica L mount. The info I know so far:
- 24-70mm f/2.8 II Full Frame lens for Sony E and Leica L
- The new lens is more compact, optically sharper, has better color rendition, improved AF performance than it’s predecessor
- Will be price a couple of hundred dollars more than the current 24-70mm lean (now $999 at Amazon).
