Dpreview Hands-on report about the new SL2-S
SL2-S at BHphoto (Click here).
Dpreview published their Leica SL2-S hands-on report:
Although compared to the SL2, the exterior differs only by the blacked-out logo, its lower resolution sensor will likely be welcomed by those who don’t need 47MP of resolution, or those who need better quality video (which will be augmented further in a promised firmware update next year). The SL2-S also comes with its own high-res shot mode, which can churn out 96MP files on the occasion that you do need more resolution (though you also need a tripod and a pretty static subject).

The new Meike 50mm f/1.2 L lens is now in Stock at Amazon US and EU with fist $20 discount (and new review by Marc Alhadeff)
The new Meike 50mm f/1.2 L lens is now in Stock at Amazon US, Amazon DE, Amazon UK, Amazon IT and Amazon FR.
A first review has been posted by Marc Alhadeff (he tested the E-mount version):
The Meike 50mm F1.2 (300 euros) is a nice 50mm that you will choose for its dreamy atmosphere at F1.2 and for the possibility to get tack sharp images as of F2.8. Compared to traditional 50mm F1.4, it will give you a smoother background blur at all apertures but will maybe be a little bit less sharp at F1.4 vs 50mm F1.4 competitor
